Gregory J. Young, 66, of Venice quietly passed away at his home on September 5, 2015 with his loving wife Joyce at his side. Gregory is also survived by his children Rachael (Bob) Parker of VT, Jamie Young also of VT, Ryan Young of FL, Samantha (Tray) Bratcher also of FL, Joe (Lori) Miles of AL, Haley (Wesley) Walker of AL, cherished grandchildren, Jackson and Mae Parker, Hannah and Jaxon Miles, Henry Walker, and brothers, Robert (Barbara Hope) Young of ME and Douglas Young of VT, and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, George F. and Queenie Mae (Armstrong) Young of VT. Services for Greg will be held in the Sabal Chapel at Farley Funeral Home on Sunday, September 13, 2015, at 11:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Greg to Suncoast Humane Society/Making Friends For Life.
