Ava Isabella Jordan, age 2, died on May 10, 2015. Going on walks, playing at the beach and in the water were some of Ava's favorite things to do. She also loved reading, listening to music and watching movies. Ava always enjoyed her therapy and liked being held. Surviving family members include her mother Lindsey Mia Patton and father Chris Jordan; grandparents Jim and Patricia Patton of Venice, and Nancy Jordan and Eric Molzahn of Venice; aunt and uncle Monica and Tim Weber of Houston, TX; and uncles Brendan and Dennis Jordan, of Venice. She will also be missed by her German Shepherd, Bear. Ava was preceded in death by her grandfather Dennis Jordan. Visitation will be at Farley Funeral Home on Friday, May 15th.from 6 - 8 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be at Epiphany Cathedral at 9:30 AM on Saturday, May 16th. Ava was able to help others as a LifeLink donor. The family would like memorial donations in Ava's name directed to The Realm of Caring.
