George C. Hennessy, 83, of Venice, formerly of New York passed away December 3, 2014. Mr. Hennessy served his country in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean Conflict. He was also very active in the Prison Ministry at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Venice. George is survived by his beloved wife Joan, daughter Kathleen Dolci of Hamilton, NJ, son George and his wife Sherrie of Warren Grove, NJ, 2 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and brothers James “Babe” Hennessy of NY & Denis Michael Hennessy of Oneonta, NY. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
