Frank Elbert Hunt, Jr., age 80 of Venice, FL died on September 1, 2014. He was born in London, Ohio on November 21, 1933. Frank had his own jewelry store for 47 years. He was a watch maker and hand engraver. Frank was a veteran of the US Air Force and a member of the American Legion Post 0105. He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank Elbert Hunt, Sr. and Flora Louise Smith. He was also predeceased by his sister Patricia Louise Hunt Hanscel. Frank is survived by his wife Mildred Jean Gossard; sons Richard Andrew Hunt and Royce Allen Hunt and his wife Sharon Wickholm; granddaughters Mildred Anne and Edith Lavonne Hunt; nephews David Hanscel and wife Linda, Dana Hanscel and wife Audrey; nieces Denise Hanscel and Dian Hanscel and her husband Sam Moore; and cousins Carmen Johnson and Barbara Johnson Kaylor. Graveside services will be held at Sarasota National Cemetery on Tuesday, September 9th at 10 AM.
