James Robert "Jim" Robinson
April 5th, 1962 - August 31st, 2014
James Robert Robinson, 52, passed away unexpectedly August 31, 2014. He was born April 5, 1962 in Indianapolis to Linda Campbell and Roy Robinson. He graduated from Westfield High School in 1980 and Ball State University in 1985. Jim worked most of his life in the family business with his father and brothers at IMC Credit Services. In his 26 years with the company, he established and maintained many strong relationships with clients allowing for the business to grow statewide and in turn be very successful. Employees say Jim was “full of life” and ""simply, the best!"" Outside of work Jim loved golfing, family time, and in his last months flying planes. Jim loved Venice, FL where he often vacationed with his wife, Elizabeth and eventually called it home in the summer of 2013. Jim lived his life for God and his family. Through Christ, Jim taught his family to work hard, never give up, believe in themselves, and do for others. Jim is survived by wife of 25 years, Elizabeth; children Colby, Joshua, Megan, & Natalee along with dog Henri. Father Roy & stepmother Linda, brothers Dale & wife Lisa, Chris, Philip & wife Meghan; daughter Madison, Alec, sister Kim Meeker & husband Jim; sons Noah, Nicholas, Nathan; niece April Dupont & husband Steve; daughters Justice & Marina, God brother Kent Solberg & wife Carolyn; children Blake & Lauren. The service will be held Saturday, September 20, 2014 at Geist Christian Church at 126th ST and Promise Rd, Fishers. The calling is 12-2pm with the service following.
