Elizabeth ""Betty"" A. Desposito, 75, of Nokomis, FL, formerly of Allendale, NJ, died on August 26, 2014. Survivors include her son, David (Catherine) Houston of Essex Junction, VT; daughters Kathy (Mark) Kluttz of Fripp Island, SC, Kelley (Brit) Vincent of Woodstock, GA, and Laura Leman of Cumming, GA; grandchildren Wade Houston, Karli Houston, Heather Cocco, Blake Vincent, Lee-Anne Shumate and Grant Shumate; and her companion of 11 years, Kevin Moynihan, of Nokomis, FL. She was predeceased by her son, Scott Houston and husband Robert Desposito. Betty was a loving mother and friend to all that knew her. She formed lasting friendships in Nokomis and was blessed with generosity and support from all that new her. Morning gatherings at the jetty and boating with friends along the Inter-coastal made living in Florida magical. Betty cherished her friendships and loved her family. Services will be private. Memorial donations may be made to TideWell Hospice, Inc., 5955 Rand Blvd., Sarasota, FL 34238.
