Lydia Rothberger, 90, of Venice, FL, formerly of Chattanooga, TN, died on July 19, 2014. Lydia was a homemaker and had a great love for music. She attended Christ United Methodist Church in FL and Northside Presbyterian Church in TN. Lydia was predeceased by her husband, Fred Rothberger, Jr. of Chattanooga, TN. Survivors include her daughters, Carol (Steve) Vento, Janet Daniel, and Nancy (Jeff) Vandegrift; four grandchildren; and one great grandson. There will be a memorial at Christ United Methodist Church at a later time. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to TideWell Hospice, Inc., 5955 Rand Blvd., Sarasota, FL 34238.
