December 24th, 1934 - March 22nd, 2014
Jack L. Saunders, 79, of Port Charlotte passed away March 22, 2014 after a long illness. Mr. Saunders served his country during the Korean Conflict and Vietnam War in the U.S. Navy, retiring after 22 years as a Chief Engineman. He is survived by his loving wife Marcelina, daughters Momilani and Stephanie, son Jason, 2 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, sisters Lillie and Margie and brother John. Visitation will be from 12:00 until 1:00pm Wednesday, April 2nd, with a celebration of Jack's life following at 1:00pm, all in the Sabal Chapel at Farley Funeral Home in Venice. Interment will follow in Sarasota National Cemetery. To send condolences, please visit www.farleyfuneralhome.com .
