Nadia Mandrusiak, age 93, of North Port and formerly of Venice, passed away on March 1, 2014. She was born on March 8, 1920 in Odessa, Ukraine. She is survived by her daughter, Maria Welyczkowski of Miami Shores, Florida and a grandson, Alexander Welyczkowski of Jersey city, New Jersey. A funeral mass will be held at St. Mary's Ukrainian Catholic Church on Saturday, March 8, 2014 at 2:00PM. Farley Funeral Home in North Port is handling the arrangements.
