July 1st, 1937 - February 22nd, 2014
Joy Lymburner VanBrunt, 76 of Venice, Florida, formerly of Issaquah, WA, died on February 22, 2014, as a result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident in Nokomis, FL. A ""Celebration of Life"" memorial for Joy will be held on May 20, 2014 at 2:00 P.M. at the Jacaranda West Country Club in Venice, FL. Her ashes will then be flown to Bar Harbor, ME for interment in the family plot at Ledgelawn Cemetery on June 17, 2014. Joy is survived by her husband of 47 years, Ralph S. VanBrunt and her three children; Karen VanBrunt of Prospect, OH; Laurel Magee of Spokane, WA and Leland VanBrunt of Ridgecrest, CA. She is also survived by a sister, Lois Shope of Naples, FL and two brothers, Larry Lymburner of Lehigh Acres, FL and John Lymburner of Redmond, WA. Farley Funeral Home in Venice is handling the arrangements.
