Oksana S. Miz, age 84 of North Port, Florida, passed away on March 14, 2012. She was born on November 20, 1927 in Lviv, Ukraine. She moved to North Port in 1992 from Livingston, New Jersey. Oksana was a member of the Ukrainian American Club, Ukrainian Women’s League and St. Mary’s Ukrainian Catholic Church in North Port. A visitation will be held at Farley Funeral Home in North Port on Sunday, March 25, 2012 from 4:00-8:00PM with a Panachyda service at 7:00PM. A Mass will be held at 10:00AM on Monday, March 26, 2012 at St. Mary’s Ukrainian Catholic Church in North Port. A graveside service will be held at St. Andrew’s Cemetery in Bound Brook, New Jersey. Farley Funeral Home in North Port is handling the arrangements.
