James “Jim” A. Jelinek, 64, of Venice, formerly of Oakland County, MI died December 1, 2011. Jim was born February 21, 1947 in Detroit, MI to Ethel (Herbart) and Raymond Jelinek. He had served in the U.S. Army and worked for Michigan Bell for 30+ years before retiring to Florida. Survivors include his wife, Frances; children Stuart Jelinek (fianc�e, Natasha Henderson), Rebecca Bandy (husband, Jason) , and Rachel Kleckner (husband, Josh); nine grandchildren: Logan, Kara, Hannah (and their mother, Kelli), Jazmine, Matthew, Samantha, Sean, Skylar and Hunter; brother, Edward.
