Andrew Leonard Napolitan, age 93, of North Port, Florida, passed away on September 9, 2010. He was born on March 26, 1917 in Penn Hills, Pennsylvania. He worked for Westinghouse Electric for 40 years and after retirement he moved to North Port 29 years ago. He was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church, American Legion Post, Elks Lodge and the North Port Yacht Club. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and served during World War II. Andrew is survived by his wife, Gertrude of 68 years; two sons, David of Miami Beach, Drew of Boothwyn, Pennsylvania and a brother John of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He also leaves behind three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. A visitation will be held on Sunday, September 12, 2010 from 3:00-4:00PM at Farley Funeral Home in North Port. A funeral service will be held at 10:00AM on Monday, September 13, 2010 at Farley Funeral Home with burial to follow at Venice Memorial Gardens. Farley Funeral Home in North Port is handling the arrangements.
