Cameron Clark Conway, Jr., age 54, of Venice, Florida, passed away on January 15, 2010. He was born on July 23, 1955 in Lancaster, Pennsylvania and moved to Venice 50 years ago. He graduated from Venice High School in 1973. He was a self employed master carpenter. He was a member of the Amvets Post 312 in North Port, avid member of the National Rifle Association and he worked with the Venice Alumni Association. He was an avid hunter, fisherman and scuba diver. He is survived by his three sisters, Cynthia Krumenaker of Venice, Corrine Malopolski of Oregon and Cathy Search of North Port. A party will be held in his honor at the North Jetty Pavilion on Friday, January 22, 2010 at 1:00PM. Memorial donations may be made to the VHS Alumni Association, P.O. Box 1292, Venice, Florida 34284. Farley Funeral Home in Venice is handling the arrangements.
