It was an excellent experience overall. I would recommend them when using cremation as the choice of dealing with a death on a short notice. The folks who arrived at my home (not long after they were notified of the scenario involving the deceased individual) my companion for almost 16 years, were so caring & compassionate. They helped me to ready him for the next step in his journey! They were wonderful, I was so relieved. The only thing afterwards I was not used to was the time involved with waiting for the actual procedure ... I am not usually a patient person!! He he, this taught me to learn to allow more time ... for I suspect there were a few people 'ahead of him' on their schedule. Other than that, it was an extremely positive experience for me, and I do not regret my decision to use their services. His son, daughter (plus my son) all agreed everything went well for him. They were also very satisfied with Oasis. I may plan to have myself also dealt with there, when my own passing time arrives.

Brooke was nothing short of fantastic. My father was in hospice care until he died and my sister and I chose Oasis to handle arrangements and cremation. We live on the other side of the country so we were very nervous, but Oasis was very helpful during this difficult time. It sounds strange, but this transaction and process has allowed my sister and I to get closure and erase doubt thanks to great communication even with the time difference. Job well done and thank you again!
