I was very pleased with the customer service that I received from Oasis The agents were very nice and and very professional the agents also took time to answer any questions that I had and they gave me their condolences on the lost of my loved one and they were just really really nice and I would do business with them again and I would recommend them to any friends and family that might be looking for a place to have their loved ones cremated or for a funeral thank you guys very much for everything you guys done for your business and I really appreciate it thank you and have a wonderful day.

The people at Oasis Cremation & Funeral Care were kind and efficient. There were some complications with my brother’s death certificate, Brooke and Hailey stayed proactive and attentive to the situation until it was resolved. They were up front about costs and considerate of my decisions. I felt supported through the whole experience.
