First of all I want to thank Romero Funeral Home for the help and especially Iris for being there with us and helping in moments like these. I wouldn’t change anything because she went above and beyond for my family. So once again thank you Iris and Romero Funeral Home for everything you guys helped us.

My 18 year old son passed in November 2024. Unique at the Aurora location worked with us to handle his services. We had some issues along the way with the police, coroner and getting money released to pay for his services. Unique worked with us every step and helped alleviate any issues that came up. She was always helpful with any questions we had and never made us feel we were inconveniencing her. I highly recommend Romero Funeral home.

The funeral home was amazing! The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and patient with our family as we tried to navigate the death of my grandfather, and having to do the usual type of arrangements in addition to international transportation of my grandfather’s remains. They were able to accommodate our needs as far as timing and documentation. I want to thank Sarah and her team for everything they did for us. It made a very stressful and emotionally draining period much easier to get through, and with their help our family was able to focus on spending time with one another to get through the grief process and sending off our loved one.
