  • Removal and local transportation of your loved one to the crematory (within 35 miles).
  • Care of your loved one until cremation is complete.
  • Cremation process and return of ashes.
  • Consultation with responsible party for final arrangements.
  • All the necessary permits and authorizations.
  • Free self-service online obituary.
  • Many other optional services available - including celebration of life event planning, traditional funeral service, on-site catering, scattering assistance, and more - at additional charge.

  • Care of your loved one until burial is complete. Family not present with timing at the discretion of the funeral home.

I can only extend my complete appreciation for the kind, considerate, understanding, and integrity of Dennis Howard at the time of dire frustration and grief in the loss of my husband. He tolerated my extreme agitation with my experience with another provider and he reduced the stress dealing with the passing of a loved one. The price of the cremation service was quite reasonable. I would use Atlantic Mortuary and Cremation Service again if need be. Thank you and bless all of your staff .

Atlantic came highly recommended by a family friend after the passing of my mother in Melbourne. After contacting them for information, I was quickly put in contact with Dennis. I was able to set up everything via email, including signing the necessary documents. Being from out of state and having a limited time before having to return home, Dennis made sure I was able to get my mother’s remains before I returned home. Julie reached out once I got back home offering resources for grieving families. Overall, despite the circumstances, I had a positive experience.

My sister passed away while living in a different state then the rest of my family, so we really were lost in searching for a crematory near her. We were so glad we choose Atlantic Mortuary & Cremation, as they were very compassionate every step of the way. I purchased the prepaid cremation services for my dad over a year ago. It was easy and gave me such peace of mind since we didn’t have a timeframe for his end-stage Parkinson’s. When it was needed, I had nothing but compassion and communication once they were notified. Very helpful and highly recommended.
