All of my family have been buried at Mission Memorial Park since 1961. My husband and I did our pre-need arrangements with Mission Mortuary in 2019; when he passed away 4 weeks ago, having those decisions and arrangements already in place made everything so much easier. When I called the Mortuary on the morning my husband passed, Gloria easily accessed our files, and after that, she took care of everything. All I needed to do was let the hospital know who would be picking up my husband. Gloria worked with the hospital and the Cemetery in Rockville, where my husband was buried with his first wife, and everything went so smoothly. Matt took lovely care in picking my husband up at the VA Hospital in Palo Alto, and again as he drove him to the Cemetery in Rockville. Both Gloria and Matt were so kind and caring. It was truly a pleasure to meet them. Knowing how wonderful they have been for us, I know they extend the same care and kindness to every other family with whom they meet.

Our family experienced an unimaginable few months, losing all three of my grandparents within a short span. During this time, we turned to Mission Mortuary, and we are truly grateful for their compassion and professionalism through each service. The first time we worked with them was for my paternal grandfather. My father and his siblings handled most of the arrangements. Shortly after, my maternal grandparents passed away, and my mother and I worked closely with Emma. She showed us genuine kindness and understanding, walking us through every step with patience and grace. Her warmth made an incredibly painful time a little more bearable. We used Mission Mortuary three times in three months, and each time, we were treated with care, dignity, and respect.
